Hub Worldwide Restricted has continued its M&A spree by buying the property of Business Insurance coverage Brokers. The acquisition was introduced Friday. Phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

Texas-based Business Insurance coverage Brokers is a domestically owned, unbiased insurance coverage company that gives business and private insurance coverage. Ken Foster, president of Business Insurance coverage Brokers, and vice presidents Maggie Foster, Richie Grodin, and Martha Ramirez will be part of Hub Texas and report back to Don Margo, president of Hub Texas in El Paso.
